The article reveals the sources of the mechanism for realizing citizens' rights to association, rights of non-state non-profit organizations, the division of their rights into general and special, types and features of the use of each right, as well as the need to provide special rights to non-state non-profit organizations, based on the new version of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, issues of further expanding the scope of general rights of non-state non-profit organizations and author's proposals are given.
