The work analyzes the features of legislative consolidation of the species diversity of executive documents in the conditions of the domestic state. Emphasis is placed on the increase in the number of enforcement documents recently as a result of the addition of non-judicial enforcement documents to their number. Meanwhile, the redundancy and similarity in meaning of some executive documents, the meager legislative regulation of certain executive documents, and the practically undeveloped practice of applying some executive documents are emphasized. Directions for improving legislation devoted to regulating the list of executive documents in Russia are proposed.
