Abstract (English):
The transformation of the functions of control and supervision over the activity of self-regulatory organizations of arbitration managers of the Federal Service for State Registration is considered. On the example of the Saratov Department, the consequences of legislative regulation of state bodies’ supervisory functions in relation to self-regulatory organizations of arbitration managers are analyzed.
