The article discusses the current state of land resources in Kyrgyzstan. Provides a detailed analysis of the problems in land use, taking into account market requirements. Suggests possible ways to improve the use of land resources and recommendations to address this issue, taking into account market requirements. Reviewed and analyzed the reasons for ineffective reform in this area led later to disastrous results in the industry. During the study, examined the structure of sown areas in the republic, as well as the yield of major crops by categories and territories.

Аннотация: В статье рассматривается современное состояние использования земельных ресурсов в Кыргызстане. Дается подробный анализ проблем в землепользовании с учетом рыночных требований. Предлагаются возможные пути улучшения использования земельных ресурсов и рекомендации для преодоления данной проблемы с учетом рыночных требований. Рассмотрены и проанализированы причины неэффективного реформирования, в данной сфере приведшие в последствии к плачевным результатам в данной отрасли. В процессе исследования, рассмотрены структуры посевных площадей по республике, а так же урожайность основных культур по категориям и территориям.
