Abstract (English):
Now use of vehicles in the big and developing cities of our country of Russia becomes very expensive, negatively influencing ecology of the cities. The solution of this problem is the correct organization of the movement at the main intersections and roads bringing to it. In the course of re-search data on movement intensity on the considered crossing were collected, the intersection is simulated. The program which is counting and setting new phases to traffic lights is developed. Fur-ther definition of criterion of the beginning of introduction of the changed traffic light phases de-pending on the current intensity of the movement is necessary.
