Abstract (English):
The article examines the features of servicing in commercial banks of persons with the status of a self-employed citizen. In the last few years, this category of citizens has become very frequent customers of credit institutions. The replenishment of the customer base, the high level of competition among commercial banks, especially large top participants in the country's financial market, became the starting point for the very rapid spread of a variety of products and services suitable for the above-mentioned legal status. Self-employment can be considered the beginning of organizing your own official business, which actually contributes to the development of the state's economy. In this case, commercial banks also act as intermediaries in the implementation of various banking operations, and on the other hand, assistants in the provision of consulting services. The paper examines the features of opening and maintaining bank accounts of self-employed citizens, the possibility of registration of credit and other products of credit institutions. A comparative analysis of credit products for the self-employed offered by the largest credit institutions in the country is carried out.
