Abstract (English):
The introduction of satellite monitoring systems of transport, intended for automatic alerts the emergency services in case of breakdowns and other emergency situations is offered. System «ERA-GLONASS» will allow to reduce deaths and injuries on the roads. Graph showing the most common causes of death in traffic accidents is depicted. Such concept, as «Golden hour», is considered.
