Abstract (English):
The article provides an analysis of the Russian legislation regulating access to information about the activities of public authorities. The author investigates the mechanism for implementing access to information about the activities of state and local authorities, as well as concludes the need for further improving the regulatory framework in this area. Some proposals on the need to fix clearly at the legislative level in electronic form are made in the article.
