THE IMPACT OF STAFF SATISFACTION ON INCREASED ENGAGEMENT

Abstract (English):
This article attempts to analyze employee satisfaction and find out to what extent this factor affects the level of their involvement. To achieve this goal, the researchers used specific methods aimed at assessing the level of involvement. The study notes that the factors affecting the level of satisfaction vary among different generations, and the main features of each of them have been identified. In addition, specific measures have been identified to increase the level of engagement. The im-portance of this factor and its impact on business success are emphasized. It should be noted that in the context of a multi-generational workforce, factors affecting employee satisfaction are becoming increasingly differentiated. The analysis of these differences allows a more effective approach to the formation of personnel management strategies adapted to the characteristics of each generation. In addition, the identification of specific methods that can enhance the level of involvement is an es-sential step to ensure the long-term success of the organization. In practice, it has been revealed that motivation plays a key role in increasing the level of employee engagement. Understanding the main drivers of engagement and taking them into account when forming a personnel management policy is one of the important aspects for achieving high productivity and efficiency within the company.
