It is indisputable that the Constitution of the Russian Federation acts as the basic law of the country and plays a key role in determining the pow-ers and functions of the President. Attention should also be paid to how the President interacts with different branches of government, such as the legislative, executive and judicial authorities. These interactions are determined by the Constitution and the legislature, and they have an impact on the effectiveness of the work of State bodies. One of the key aspects of this study is the analysis of the powers of the President in relation to each of the branches of government. Each branch has its own characteristics and functions, and the President has certain rights and responsibilities within the framework of these interactions. Finally, it is important to highlight some characteristic features of the institution of the presidency, such as its role in ensuring stability and coordination of domestic and foreign policy, as well as the influence of the President on the formation of the image of the country both in the international arena and within the country.
