The article presents trends and forecasts for the development of the IT sector in the Russian Federation. The features and growth prospects of the Russian ITSM solutions market are revealed. The key risk factors for the development of this segment were identified using the PESTEL methods, and the probability of key risks materialization was calculated using the method of expert assessments.
