Abstract (English):
The relevance of the presented study is determined by the fact that the issue of climate risk management is an important element of any construction project, which determines the importance of developing a system for identifying and assessing climate risk data, which will ultimately improve the efficiency of investment and construction projects. The purpose of the research is to determine the current directions of development in the field of climate risk management in the construction industry in the interests of finding rational technologies for managing these risks. The scientific novelty of this study lies in the development of a scientifically based approach to improving the system of methods for assessing climate risks in the organization of construction. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the possibility of their use in assessing climate risks when organizing construction in the Udmurt Republic.
