Abstract (English):

The main emphasis is placed on the harmonization of operational procurement procedures within the framework of partnerships based on reaching compromises between the participants of the CP. It is shown that in the context of the formation of long-term relationships with key partners, interaction should be based on the principles of trust and mutual benefit.
