As researches of the last years are showing, the influence degree of stakeholders on company’s activity is continuously increasing, and because of it reputational risk management in the relationships with it becomes the priority task on the way to the company’s sustainable development. Effective reputational risk management is achieving by improving of information disclosure in the corporate reporting.
