The relevance of the presented study is determined by the need to solve large-scale tasks of developing the national transport infrastructure in the Russian Federation, taking into account ongoing and expected climate changes. The purpose of the presented studies is to find ways to solve the problem of taking into account ongoing and predicted climate changes in the territory of the Russian Federation in the development of national transport infrastructure. The scientific novelty of the results obtained lies in the development of an algorithm for solving the problem of accounting for climate change in the development of national transport infrastructure. The practical significance of the results obtained lies in the possibility of using the formulated proposals in the development of measures to ensure the development of the national transport infrastructure in terms of accounting for climate change.
