The paper describes the results of the analysis of biological rhythms of blood pressure in patients with living in the northern region. The comparative analysis of chronograms of blood pressure shows that rhythmic pattern changes with the appearing of short ultradian rhythms, the decrease of phases dispersion of the studied arameters, reducing synchronization between systolic and diastolic blood pressure and diurnal variation of synchronization re observed in patients with psoriasis.
