For mathematic description of traffic stream use of mathematic apparatus, that is used in theory of probability for Markov`s random process. Use of Mar-kov`s successions allows to set a problem of determining the probability of find-ing the traffic stream in any condition, as well as beingwith the help of Kolmogo-rov`s equations finding the possibility of denial, the possibility of maintenance, as well as absolute carrying capacity of the system.
