In Crimea, currently known populations Juniperus foetidissima Willd. It is common in the territory of the Crimean Nature Reserve on the steep slopes of the ridge Sinab-Dag. Analysis of published data showed that the situation in the resumption of the Crimean population is critical - no undergrowth.Based on the purpose of the work, had the following objectives: to conduct research on the area population to identify individuals undergrowth; establish the reasons which led to a lack of population renewal.

Аннотация: Приведены результаты изучения некоторых особенностей возобновления популяции Juniperus foetidissima Willd., произрастающей в урочище Синаб-Даг. В результате проведенных исследований удалось выявить отсутствие возобновления. На основании полученных данных был предложен ряд мероприятий по сохранению и поддержанию устойчивого развития крымской популяции J. foetidissima.

Природная флора Крыма, в настоящее время, представлена 190 видами деревьев и кустарников. Лесообразующих пород – 14, среди которых JuniperusfoetidissimaWilld. (можжевельник вонючий) [3].
