The aim of the study is to develop a software application to improve the enterprise work in organizing an employee’s training system. To create a database with its subsequent integration into an application developed in the Visual Studio software environment in the C# programming language, the Microsoft Access software solution is used. The developed programme allows one to schedule employees’ training, view brief information about the training, control both the training of a single employee and large groups of students.
