Аннотация: определяется коэффициентами рабочего дня (коэффициент производительности), коэффициентом использования станка (коэффициент машинного времени) и скоростью подачи. В процессе эксплуатации режущих инструментов реально вызывают опасность следующие факторы: прочность на разрыв, надежность, сбалансированность частей, размеры и вес, виброустойчивость и шум. Вопросом безопасности работы и обслуживания инструментов в последнее время уделяется достаточно внимания. Поэтому критерий безопасности инструментов выступает главным при оценке качества инструмента.
