Аннотация: в статье приведены различные конструктивные способы повышения проходимости погрузочно-транспортных машин в зависимости от компоновочного исполнения их привода. Выполнен анализ применения различных типов движителя для эксплуатации в тяжелых лесозаготовительных условиях. Определены все достоинства и недостатки применения дополнительного оборудования для повышения проходимости форвардеров.
