Abstract (English):
Creating a backbone pole of regional economic area based on agroforestry, we should expect not only maximize synergies, but also the positive impact of "administrative servitude". Conceptual model of the formation and development of innovative infrastructure presented in this paper defines a general purpose, purpose of the second level, as well as organizational and economic mechanism to achieve these goals. It also includes a list of priority projects, target complex programs and funding sources for implementation.
