The article considers sustainability types of a machine-building enterprise. The evaluation of the impact of the enterprise's potential on its sustainable development is given. The model for the formation of the machine-building enterprise's potential is proposed. The processes of operation management during the robotization of mass and diversified production are considered. The economic and mathematical models for assessing the economic feasibility of robotization are proposed.
