Theoretical and Empirical Aspect of the Article. Socioeconomic transformation and crisis phenomena in the Russian economy in recent years have, led to the transformation of the social and labour sphere, which was the least adapted to the new realities of economic life. In its turn, the qualitative and quantitative state of the labour force determines the efficiency of the processes of economic growth. Consequently, there remains the relevance of monitoring the factors that characterize the influence of the main enterprise in the social and labour spheres of the monoterritory. The desire to reduce the main enterprise labour costs and reduce expenditures on the social infrastructure of the monotown has a painful impact on the local labour market and the economically active population. Implications of the negative impact on well-being is characterized by a decrease in the labour force, which necessitates scoring and researching the problems of social pollution from economic activities of businesses. Solving problems of lowering levels of social polluting the social and labour sphere of economic activity of the monoterritory by the main enterprise is severely limited by the lack of evidence-based information and methodological support of monitoring, analysis and evaluation of the factors and processes of social pollution. Thus, the relevance of this study is related to the urgent need to researching the phenomenon of social pollution from economic activities of economic development of enterprises and elaborating the methods of controlling it.

1. Концепция социального загрязнения
Концепция социального загрязнения, сформулированная Дж. Пфеффером в 2010 г., подразумевает, что организации и их руководители могут использовать практики управления, которые наносят вред качеству жизни и благосостояния работников [1]. Мы идентифицируем социальное загрязнение от экономической деятельности хозяйствующих субъектов [Гундаров, 2013, с. 53–61] как нанесение ущерба благосостоянию и причинение вреда физическому и социально-психологическому благополучию трудовых ресурсов в результате внутренней и внешней экономической деятельности организаций [Бобков, 2013, с. 3–11] и выделяем четыре группы факторов социального загрязнения (рис.1).
Менеджмент предприятий мало обращает внимания на то, как деятельность отражается на человеке и социальной среде организации [Баженов, 2013, с. 85–89]. Стратегия минимизации затрат на рабочую силу использует токсические практики управления человеческими ресурсами, среди которых прекаризация занятости [2–3] и флексибилизация персонала [4–5] деструктивно воздействуют на работников [Манахова, 2013, с. 61–66].
