From July 1, 2021, new rules of control and supervision activities come into force, in the framework of the control activities of which experts are involved. The authors of the article, having studied the regulatory legal acts and analyzed the scientific literature, explain the essence of the examination and the expert, their rights during inspections, as well as the new rules for the certification of experts.
