Аннотация: проведен анализ арендных отношений в лесах г. Курска и лесничествах Курской области. Он выявил растущую потребность населения в рекреационных услугах. В этой связи правомерной является потребность экономически обоснованного расчета ставок платы за лесопользование при осуществлении рекреационной деятельности.
