FEATURES OF THE PERSONAL ADAPTABILITY OF MEDICAL STUDENTS IN DIFFERENT COURSES OF STUDY

Abstract (English):
The article is devoted to the study of personal adaptability of medical students enrolled in different courses. Various approaches to the concept of personal adaptability are analyzed, methods of its diagnostics are considered, the structure of personal adaptability of medical students of all courses is revealed. As a result of empirical research, it is possible to state that the greatest deficiency in the structure of personal adaptability characterized by a socio-oriented type prevails in the first, second and fourth years of study at a medical school. Personal adaptability of third-year students has an average level. The most harmoniously developed adaptability with the predominant characteristics of an autonomously oriented personality is possessed by students of the fifth and sixth years of a medical school.
