Abstract (English):
Last summer, the President of the Russian Federation signed Federal Law dated August 2, 2019 No. 259-FZ “On attracting investments using investment platforms and on amending certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation”. Financial analysts believe that this legal act will signifi cantly increase funding for small and medium-sized businesses.
