Tecnical Diagnostics of Steel Ropes in Extractive Industry: from Flaw Detection to Automated Monitoring

Abstract (English):
Stal'nye kanaty ispol'zuyutsya vo mnogih sooruzheniyah i ustroystvah, primenyaemyh v dobyvayuschey promyshlennosti. Tehnicheskoe sostoyanie kanatov igraet vazhnuyu rol' v obespechenii bezopasnosti etih ob'ektov. Dlya tehnicheskogo diagnostirovaniya kanatov shiroko ispol'zuyutsya metody i sredstva NK, prezhde vsego magnitnyy NK. Monitoring kanatov avtomatizirovannymi sredstvami NK sozdaet usloviya dlya povysheniya bezopasnosti ekspluatacii burovyh ustanovok, shahtnyh pod'emov, zalivochnyh kranov metallurgicheskih proizvodstv i drugih opasnyh ob'ektov. S drugoy storony, voznikaet suschestvennyy ekonomicheskiy effekt blagodarya bolee polnomu ispol'zovaniyu resursa kanata, isklyucheniyu vremennoy ostanovki tehnologicheskogo processa ob'ekta dlya kontrolya kanata, sokrascheniyu chislennosti kvalificirovannogo personala dlya vypolneniya NK. Sozdanie avtomatizirovannyh sredstv NK dlya monitoringa kanatov nevozmozhno bez udovletvoreniya takih trebovaniy, kak vysokaya nadezhnost' apparatury v slozhnyh usloviyah, razrabotka specializirovannogo programmnogo obespecheniya i resheniya drugih zadach. V kachestve primera rassmotren avtomatizirovannyy magnitnyy defektoskop kanatov INTROS-AVTO i opyt ego primeneniya na razlichnyh opasnyh ob'ektah. Pokazana svoevremennost' sozdaniya normativno-tehnicheskoy bazy po monitoringu i avtomatizirovannomu diagnostirovaniyu stal'nyh kanatov.
