The article discusses the causes and factors aff ecting the employment of graduates of educational institutions of secondary vocational education, highlights the situation of coded provision of enterprises in the region, analyzes the joint activities of educational institutions and enterprises in solving problematic issues related to the provision of enterprises with popular specialists. Perspective directions of activity and eff orts of employers and educational institutions in the aspect of promoting the employment of young professionals are determined and evaluated.
