Large Stand-off Magnetometry Method and Metal Magnetic Memory Technology Applied to Pipelines Inspection

Abstract (English):
V stat'e rassmatrivayut magnitnye metody kontrolya truboprovodov, ne podlezhaschih vnutritrubnoy diagnostike. Firma IGP SRL zanimaetsya kontrolem podzemnyh truboprovodov s ispol'zovaniem metoda magnitnoy pamyati metallov v beskontaktnom (LSM) i kontaktnom (MPM) variantah. Sleduya rekomendaciyam Nacional'noy associacii inzhenerov-korrozionistov NACE, IGP SRL dobavila i modificirovala ishodnuyu metodologiyu s cel'yu avtomatizacii rezhima obrabotki informacii, povysheniya tochnosti planovo-vysotnoy privyazki magnitogramm i «sinergetichnosti» konechnogo rezul'tata, ego naglyadnosti i vospriyatiya konechnymi pol'zovatelyami. V stat'e opisany 4 etapa issledovaniya, po rezul'tatam kotoryh proizvoditsya kategorizaciya vyyavlennyh anomaliy po trem urovnyam: krasnyy, zheltyy, zelenyy. Privedeno sravnenie rezul'tatov LSM / MPM s dannymi vnutritrubnoy diagnostiki i ispol'zovaniya metoda utechki magnitnogo potoka MFL.
