Th e fi nancial market of Russia is preparing for the entry into force on January 1, 2020 of the Federal Law No. 514-FZ of December 27, 2019, which made signifi cant changes to the legislation on the legal regulation of securities issuance procedures, taking into account the increasing demands of the time, world and national markets.
