Business processes carried out by organizations of all forms of ownership are the constituent elements of national wealth, which requires accounting refl ection and analytical management. To do this, the article draws up the road maps of the business process and the Strategy for the Scientifi c and Technological Development of the Russian Federation. This made it possible to determine the “input resources”, the operation and the “output resources”, with accounting assigned to the relevant accounts and the system of national accounts. Identifi cation of the identity of these indicators made it possible to form an accounting and analytical «road map» of the increment of national wealth.
