The maintenance of components of blood of athletes, engaged in different types of sports are investigated. It is noted that dynamics of hematologic indicators at different types of sports activity is characterized by insignificant shifts in the maintenance of elements of red blood (erythrocytes, hemoglobin) and moreexpressed changes of the maintenance of leukocytes. Thus noted changes don´t depend on a type of sports activity, and are nonspecific response physical activity.

Современный спорт с соревновательными нагрузками,продолжительными и изнурительными тренировками, выраженными предстартовыми состояниями требует предельного напряжения физиологических систем организма на всех этапах многолетней подготовки [5,4].
