Abstract (English):
The new scheme of a highly effective plasmatron with axial introduction of various materials is developed for increase of thermal efficiency of plasma spraying process.

Essential lack of a plasma spraying still is the low thermal and general efficiency of process making only 3 to 8 percent, so the problem of increase of overall effectiveness of plasma spraying processes is actual.
