Abstract (English):
The article includes the need for hybrids birch. They can be obtained in the detection of polymorphism of natural populations of birches. Some of the conclusions and tasks for further study are defined relevance of the work is indicated.

The aim of the research is to identify species that are resistant to weather factors and stress and are able to grow under different environmental conditions. For this it is necessary to solve a number of objectives: to select species, to master the crossbreeding technique, conducting of crossbreeding, obtaining and growing of hybrid seeds.
