FEATURES OF AN EXPRESSION OF AN ESTROGEN, PROGESTERONE AND PROLACTINUM IN A MAMMARY GLAND OF WOMEN OF REPRODUCTIVE AGE WITH MIKROPROLAKTINOMAMI A HYPOPHYSIS

Abstract (English):
The analysis of indexes of receptor´s level expression to estrogen, progesteron and prolactin depending on their redistribution in the pathological structures of the operated sector of mammary gland allowed to expose certain conformities of changes of receptor status. Strengthening of prohferative activity of epithelium in the group of women with microprolactinomas is accompanied by the increase of receptor´s level expression to progesteron and prolactin, that explains clinical manifestation of disease as galactorrhea and is a diagnostic criteria for using of an adequate pathogenic therapy.

В последние годы прослеживается тенденция роста дисгормональных заболеваний молочных желез, которые диагностируются у каждой 4-й женщины в возрасте до 30 лет [1,5,6,7]. Самой распространенной формой является фиброзно-кистозная болезнь (ФКБ), которая встречается в 43-58% случаев[2,8]. Часто такая патология требует хирургического лечения и сопровождается рецидивами при неадекватной заместительной терапии, которая, в свою очередь, должна быть направлена на восстановление нормального гормонального статуса больной.
