Ocenivali chastotu soputstvuyuschih zabolevaniy pri ankiloziruyuschem spondilite (AS). Proanalizirovano 86 istoriy bolezni pacientov (59 muzhchin i 27 zhenschin) v vozraste ot 21 goda do 62 let. Kriteriyami vklyucheniya yavlyalsya dostovernyy diagnoz AS, ustanovlennyy po modificirovannym N'yu-Yorkskim kriteriyam 1984 g. U vseh pacientov byla provedena rentgenografiya kostey taza, FGDS i dvuhenergeticheskaya densitometriya s ispol'zovaniem stacionarnogo rentgenovskogo dvuhenergeticheskogo kostnogo densitometra «Exceell» XR-46 («Norland», USA).Ustanovleno, chto soputstvuyuschie zabolevaniya imeli 72 (83,7%) pacienta AS, iz nih 31 (36%) — odno, 12 (14%) — dva, 28 (32,5%) — tri, 1 (1,2%) — chetyre. Chasche vsego registrirovalis' zabolevaniya pischevaritel'noy sistemy u 76,7% pacientov. Kardiovaskulyarnaya patologiya otmechena u 36 (41,9%) bol'nyh, naibolee chasto AG — u 34 (39,5%). Osteopenicheskiy sindrom vyyavlen u 43% bol'nyh, iz nih osteoporoz u 32,5%, prichem, snizhenie MPK opredelyalos' kak v sheyke bedra, tak i v poyasnichnom otdele pozvonochnika. Lezhaschee v osnove AS hronicheskoe vospalenie zapuskaet mnogochislennye patologicheskie mehanizmy i privodit k porazheniyu bol'shinstva organov i sistem, chto harakterizuet dannoe zabolevanie, kak zabolevanie s vysokoy komorbidnost'yu.
