TO THE JUSTIFICATION OF THE METHOD OF SEPARATING WOOD GREEN MICROWAVE HEATING AND THE MAIN PARAMETERS OF THE INSTALLATION FOR ITS IMPLEMENTATION

Abstract (English):
V nastoyaschee vremya progressivnym napravleniem polucheniya i obrabotki materialov yavlyaetsya ispol'zo-vanie tehnologii SVCh elektrotermii. Shirokoe vnedreniya i razvitie teh¬no¬lo¬gii polucheniya dre¬vesnoy zele¬ni (DZ), yavlyayuscheysya cennym syr'em dlya raz¬lichnyh ot¬rasley na¬rod¬¬nogo hozyaystva – v medicine, parfyu¬me¬rii, kombi¬kor¬mo¬voy i drugih. Uchenymi VGLTU byli vypol¬neny issledovaniya po razrabotke tehnologii i oborudova¬niya dlya po¬lu¬cheniya vysokoka¬che¬stvennoy DZ perspektivnym sposo¬bom, osnovannom na ispol'zo¬va¬nii energii sverhvysoko¬chas¬tot¬no¬go (SVCh) elektro¬mag¬nitnogo polya. V ego os¬no¬ve lezhit transfor¬maciya energii elektro¬mag¬¬nit¬nogo polya SVCh v teplotu, ko¬toraya iniciiru¬etsya nepos¬red¬stvenno vnut¬ri obra¬batyvaemogo dielektriches¬ko¬go materiala po vsemu ego ob'emu, prakti¬cheski nezavisimo ot konfi¬guracii poslednego. Osnovnoe prei¬mu¬¬schestvo etogo sposoba po srav¬neniyu s izvestnym termicheskim sposobom, osno¬¬vannom na peredache teploty v material putem SVCh-izlucheniya – voz¬mozh¬nost' prak¬ti¬cheski mgnovennogo vklyucheniya i vy¬k-lyu¬cheniya tep¬lovogo voz¬deystviya na obra¬batyvaemyy ob'ekt, a takzhe vysokiy KPD preobrazovaniya SVCh-energii v tep¬lovuyu, blizkogo k 100 %.Predstavleny varianty matematicheskogo modelirovaniya processa sushki materialov s ispol'zovaniem SVCh energii. Razrabotana matematicheskaya model', pozvolyayuschaya opredelit' harakter izmeneniya elektrofizicheskih harakteristik (ε’ i tgδ) hvoi ot temperatury, chto pozvolit proizvesti raschet rabochey kamery ustanovki dlya otdeleniya. V osnovu matematicheskogo mo¬delirovaniya byli po¬lo¬zheny iz¬vestnye polozheniya i metodiki teo¬rii teplo- i massoobmena, shiro¬ko ispol'zuemye pri issledovanii di¬elektricheskih materialov i biologi¬ches¬kih ob'ektov. Lezhaschiy v osnove tradicionnoy tehnologii mehanicheskiy sposob otdeleniya DZ vedet ne tol'ko k bol'shoy zasorennosti razlichnymi vred-nymi primesyami konechnogo produkta, no i k znachi¬tel'¬nomu drobleniyu i travmirovaniyu hvoi, a, sledova¬tel'-no, k snizheniyu polez¬nyh svoystv i bystroy ee porche
