Abstract (English):
V stat'e predstavlen innovacionnyy, sovremennyy metod maloinvazivnoy premedikacii pered operativnym vmeshatel'stvom u detey s ekstrennoy hirurgicheskoy patologiey, oslozhnennoy bolevym sindromom. Privedeny rezul'taty analiza dannyh gemodinamiki i ocenochnoy harakteristiki boli u 17 detey. Predstavlennye rezul'taty issledovaniy demonstriruyut, chto dannyy metod, pozvolyaet kupirovat' bolevoy sindrom bez ispol'zovaniya invazivnogo vvedeniya preparatov narkoticheskogo ryada, i v nekotoryh sluchayah, polnost'yu otkazat'sya ot ispol'zovaniya opioidov v hirurgicheskom lechenii. Dostoinstvom metoda yavlyaetsya tehnicheskaya dostupnost' i bezopasnost' sochetayuschiysya s vysokoy ego effektivnost'yu.
