READINESS OF A TEENAGER FOR SELF-DEVELOPMENT AND ITS FORMATION IN CONDITIONS OF ADDITIONAL EDUCATION

Abstract (English):
The article reveals the author's position on the formation of adolescents' readiness for self-development, which appears as an objective function of education in the supplementary education of adolescents. The possibilities of additional education of children in the development of a self-developing personality are shown, highlighted in support of the principles on which this type of education is built. On the basis of theoretical comprehension of the content of the principles of supplementary education in their correlation with the criteria and indicators of a person's readiness for self-development, it has been suggested that the formation of the individual's readiness for self-development can be regarded as the objective function of education in adolescent supplementary education. The results of empirical study of the problem are presented.

Введение. Процесс саморазвития в современной образовательной политике приобретает приоритетное значение: он присутствует в качестве главного целевого ориентира почти в каждой образовательной программе, отражен в статьях Федерального закона «Об образовании в РФ», представлен в материалах «Концепции Федеральной целевой программы развития образования на 2016–2020 годы», упоминается в «Концепции духовно-нравственного развития и воспитания личности гражданина России» (2009) и других основополагающих документах об образовании в РФ. В материалах «Стратегии развития воспитания в Российской Федерации на период до 2025 года» указывается, что сегодня важное внимание должно уделяться воспитанию в детях умения совершать правильный выбор, формированию у детей позитивных жизненных ориентиров и планов, что является показателем саморазвития личности.
