Abstract (English):
In the article the problem of demographic crisis in Russia is considered. It is shown that the problem very actual and exerts decisive impact on development of the country owing to an acute shortage of working hands. By means of innovative approaches analysis of a problem is made and her main reasons are established. Generation of ideas has shown the main directions of a solution, main of which consist in development of effective strategy of development of Russia directed to the solution of demographic problems, provision of housing for young and large families and toughening of fight against smoking, alcoholism and drug addiction.
