In 2017, taking into account the need of the national payment services market to further improve payment instruments, the Russian Parliament made signifi cant adjustments to the current Federal Law of June 27, 2011, No. 161-FZ «On the National Payment System».

Как показала мировая практика, создать быстро фундаментальный закон о платежной системе, отвечающий интересам конкретного государства, тем более такого крупного, как Россия, практически невозможно.
