Abstract (English):
Problema regeneracii kostey i hryascha yavlyaetsya odnoy iz prioritetnyh programm nauchnyh issledovaniy. Cel' raboty – izuchenie pokazateley nespecificheskoy rezistentnosti organizma pri narushennyh usloviyah reparativnoy regeneracii kostey goleni v eksperimente. Ustanovleno, chto narushennaya reparativnaya regeneraciya kostey goleni krolika k 50-m sutkam issledovaniya soprovozhdaetsya leykocitozom, povysheniem segmentoyadernyh neytrofilov, snizheniem limfocitov, ugneteniem pokazateley fagocitoza, narusheniem eliminacii CIK.
