Abstract (English):
Obsledovany 1418 bol'nyh ishemicheskoy bolezn'yu serdca, operirovannyh v period s 2001 po 2014 gg. Iz nih u 469 byla vypolnena nepolnaya koronarnaya revaskulyarizaciya (NKR), u ostal'nyh (n = 949) – polnaya koronarnaya revaskulyarizaciya (PKR). V hode sravnitel'noy ocenki otdalennye rezul'taty operaciy s PKR i NKR ocenivalis' po kolichestvu i vremeni nastupleniya bol'shih kardial'nyh sobytiy i vyzhivaemosti. Vyzhivaemost' i svoboda ot bol'shih kardial'nyh sobytiy byli statisticheski znachimo vyshe u bol'nyh posle PKR, t. e. dokazana rol' NKR kak nezavisimogo faktora riska uhudsheniya otdalennyh rezul'tatov koronarnogo shuntirovaniya.
