Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
Aktivnye formy kisloroda (AFK) vozmozhno rassmatrivat' ne tol'ko kak otobrannoe v processe evolyucii sredstvo bor'by s raznoobraznymi infekciyami, no i kak sredstva vnutrikletochnogo i vnekletochnogo obmena informaciey. V obzore rassmotreny mehanizmy uchastiya AFK v processah, opredelyayuschih reakciyu avtomatizma i sokratitel'noy funkcii serdca pri estestvennyh fiziologicheskih nagruzkah. Pri etom est' veskie osnovaniya polagat', chto superoksid i peroksid vodoroda okazyvayut shodnoe deystvie, v to vremya kak effekt nitroksida suschestvenno otlichaetsya.
