Ocenivali rol' karbonilirovaniya belkov v molekulyarnyh mehanizmah regulyacii proliferacii opuholevyh kletok linii MSF-7 pri deystvii roskovitina – selektinogo ingibitora ciklinzavisimyh kinaz. Roskovitin privodil k snizheniyu redoks-potenciala sistemy glutationa, uvelicheniyu karbonil'nyh proizvodnyh belkov i sposobstvoval ostanovke kletochnogo cikla v G0/G1 i G2/M fazah za schet vzaimodeystviya s ciklin-zavisimymi kinazami, a takzhe mog sposobstvovat' karbonilirovaniyu ferentov.
