Izucheny vozmozhnosti lazernoy konfokal'noy mikroskopii v analize ob'ema lipidnyh chastic i kolichestva funkcional'no-aktivnyh mitohondriy i produkcii aktivnyh form kisloroda v kletkah pecheni dlya ranney diagnostiki citohimicheskih narusheniy pri dislipoproteidemii. Ocenen potencial analiza urovnya mtDNK plazmy krovi na rannih srokah razvitiya dislipoproteidemii i pri eksperimental'nom infarkte miokarda. Poluchennye dannye budut sluzhit' osnovoy dlya sozdaniya tehnologiy diagnosticheskogo monitoringa vyrazhennosti ateroskleroza i infarkta miokarda.
