MUCOCILIARY CLEARANCE AND MICROBIOTA OF THE NASAL PASSAGES, SINUSES IN PATIENTS WITH CHRONIC RHINOSINUSITIS ASSOCIATED WITH GASTROESOPHAGEAL REFLUX DISEASE
Abstract and keywords
Abstract (English):
Cel' raboty – izuchit' mukociliarnyy transport (MT) i spektr mikroflory otdelyaemogo iz srednego nosovogo hoda (SNH) i aspirata iz okolonosovyh pazuh (ONP) u pacientov s hronicheskim rinosinusitom (HRS), associirovannym s GERB, HRS bez GERB i zdorovyh lic. Obsledovali 30 bol'nyh HRS s GERB, 34 – HRS bez GERB i 30 zdorovyh lic. Associaciya s GERB pri HRS harakterizovalas' statisticheski znachimym zamedleniem MT i izmeneniem kolichestvennyh i kachestvennyh harakteristik mikroflory slizistoy obolochki nosa, no ne okolonosovyh pazuh.
