PECULIARITIES OF THE ANTIOXIDANT STATUS OF ADOLESCENTS WITH ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION

Abstract (English):
Obsledovano 48 mal'chikov-podrostkov, v tom chisle 23 podrostka iz gruppy kontrolya i 25 podrostkov so stabil'noy arterial'noy gipertenziey. Sravnivali sleduyuschie pokazateli antioksidantnogo statusa: obschaya antiokislitel'naya aktivnost' (AOA), aktivnost' superoksiddismutazy (SOD), retinola i α-tokoferola, sistemy glutationa. Obschaya AOA pacientov s arterial'noy gipertenziey na 29 % (r = 0,01) prevyshaet kontrol'nye pokazateli, aktivnost' retinola – v 2 raza (r = 0,00), aktivnost' SOD snizhena na 11 %. Privedennye dannye pozvolyayut predpolozhit' narastanie napryazheniya v sisteme antioksidantnoy zaschity.
